Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter is elff collective, Lucy-Lameck-Straße 7, 12049 Berlin, Germany (the “Promoter”).
The giveaway runs on Instagram in cooperation with selected content creators. The Promoter named above is the organiser and sole point of contact in all cases.
2. Entry period
The applicable entry period is stated in the individual giveaway post. Entries received after it closes will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to natural persons who
- are 18 years of age or older,
- reside in a member state of the European Union, and
- have a publicly visible Instagram account.
Employees of the Promoter and their relatives are excluded. Entry via automated services, giveaway clubs or duplicate accounts is not permitted.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. How to enter
The steps required for a valid entry are set out in the individual giveaway post. One comment per person counts as an entry; further comments do not increase the chance of winning. Where a post offers an additional action for a bonus entry, that applies accordingly.
5. Prize
The nature and value of the prize are stated in the individual giveaway post. Size and colour are subject to availability; if the chosen item is unavailable, the Promoter will provide an equivalent alternative.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, swapped or transferred to a third party. Any applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
6. Draw and notification
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries after the entry period closes.
Notification is sent exclusively by Instagram direct message from the official account @elffcollective within three working days after the giveaway period. The winner’s name will not be announced publicly.
If no response with the details required for shipping is received within seven days, the claim lapses and the prize is redrawn.
The Promoter will never request payment details, passwords or fees. Messages from any other account are fraudulent and should be reported.
7. Shipping
Shipping is free within the European Union. Delivery to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway or any other non-EU country is not available.
8. Discount codes
Discount codes issued as part of this campaign are valid for the period stated in the relevant post, cannot be combined with other offers, do not apply to items already reduced, and are limited in the number of redemptions. The Promoter’s general terms and conditions apply in addition.
9. Data protection
The data processed is the entrant’s Instagram username and, in the case of the winner, name and shipping address.
Processing is solely for the purpose of running and fulfilling the giveaway, on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is deleted once the giveaway concludes and is not passed to third parties except as required for shipping.
Data will only be used for marketing purposes, in particular newsletters, with separate and voluntary consent. Entry does not depend on giving that consent.

10. Exclusion
The Promoter may exclude entrants who breach these terms, manipulate the process, or post unlawful, offensive or objectionable comments. Prizes already allocated may be withdrawn retrospectively.
11. Early termination
The Promoter reserves the right to end the giveaway at any time without notice if proper conduct cannot be ensured for technical or legal reasons.
12. No affiliation with Instagram
This promotion is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta. All claims must be directed solely to the Promoter. Instagram’s own terms of use apply in addition.
13. General
No legal recourse is available. German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
